Except for backordered items, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours during weekdays, excluding holidays. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. We only ship orders within the Continental United States. For any items backordered, you will be contacted via phone or email.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied, you can return the item for replacement within 30 days. 
For all returns please send an email to sip@nrscoatings.com to receive an RMA number and instructions for returning your product. Include in the email your name, order number, and reason for return.  Items must  be returned in the original package. Items that have more than 15% toner used will determine a prorated value.  You may return the item for the full refund within 14 days for a 25% restocking fee.  Refunds require that the item is unopened and in the same condition as you received it.
